Core Plan: Usage & Billing
The Core Plan is a subscription-based plan designed for regular usage with predictable monthly or yearly billing. It includes a base allocation of streaming minutes and storage, with the flexibility to adjust usage as your needs change.
The Core Plan renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled, and all usage and billing actions can be managed directly from the Control Panel.
Base Allocation
When you subscribe to the Core Plan, you receive:
300 streaming minutes and 10 GB storage per billing cycle
Access to core platform features
Both minutes and storage usage are tracked in real time and are visible in the Control Panel.
Buying Additional Minutes

If your usage exceeds the base 300 minutes, you can purchase additional minutes at any time from the Control Panel.
Additional minutes are added immediately after purchase.
Streaming continues uninterrupted once extra minutes are added.
Additional minutes purchased mid-cycle are charged at the time of purchase.
Buying Additional Storage

If you need more storage, you can add additional storage (in GB) at any time.
Additional storage becomes available immediately.
Storage charges are applied and remain available for the duration of the cycle.
Revising Minutes for the Next Billing Cycle

You can revise your total minute allocation for the next billing cycle before your renewal date.
Increase Minutes
Useful if you expect higher usage in the upcoming cycle.
The revised higher allocation will be charged at the start of the next cycle.
Decrease Minutes
Helps avoid paying for minutes you do not plan to use.
The reduced allocation will apply to the next cycle.
All revisions must be confirmed before the billing date to take effect.
Unused Minutes
Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Any remaining minutes expire at the end of the current cycle.
Each new billing cycle starts with a fresh allocation based on your selected plan and revisions.
Revising Storage for the Next Billing Cycle

You can also revise your storage allocation for the next billing cycle.
Increase Storage
Useful if you plan to upload larger or more applications.
The revised storage amount is charged at the start of the next cycle.
Decrease Storage
Helps optimize costs if your storage needs are lower.
The reduced storage applies to the next billing cycle.
Changes must be saved before the billing date.
Subscription Renewal
Automatic Renewal
The Core Plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle and you will receive the base minute and storage at the start of new billing cycles.
You will be charged for the revised minutes at the start of the new cycle.
Billing Timing
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
Yearly plans are billed at the start of each annual cycle.
If no changes are made, the plan renews with the same configuration.
Billing Scenarios
Standard Core Plan Usage
For example,
A user subscribes to the Core Plan. He will be allocated 300 streaming minutes and 10 GB Storage.
At the end of the billing cycle, he has some streaming minutes remaining in their account. Those minutes will not roll over to the next billing cycle.
In the next billing cycle, his Core plan renews with the same 300-minute allocation.
Mid-Cycle Increase
For example,
A user on the Core Plan purchases 200 additional minutes mid-cycle.
The additional minutes are charged immediately.
The user can stream using the extra minutes right away.
At the end of the billing cycle, if he has some streaming minutes remaining in their account, those minutes will not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Unless revised, the next cycle renews with 500 minutes (300 base + 200 added).
Revising Minutes Before Renewal
A user with a total of 200 additional minutes revises their plan to 100 minutes before renewal.
This revision will be effective from the next billing cycle and at the beginning of the next billing cycle, charges for 100 minutes.
The new cycle starts with 100 fresh minutes.
Exceeding Available Minutes
If a user consumes all allocated minutes and does not purchase more:
Streaming will pause automatically.
Streaming resumes once additional minutes are purchased or after renewal.
Plan Cancellation
The Core Plan can be canceled at any time from the Control Panel.
Cancellation takes effect immediately.
No refunds are issued for unused time or minutes. They can, however, use the available minutes and storage for the remainder of the cycle.
The plan can be re-subscribed at any time.
Summary
The Core Plan includes 300 base minutes and 10 GB storage per cycle.
Additional minutes can be purchased at any time.
Unused minutes do not carry over.
Minute revisions apply to the next billing cycle only.
Billing occurs automatically at the start of each cycle.
All plan management is handled through the Control Panel.
