Overview
Invite Guest users to access your Control Panel (as a Host/Team). Use the Team Feature to add other E3DS members to your list in the New Control Panel and create a Team.
Feature useful for Team members to collaborate and share the same Control Panel for uploading, streaming, and testing Apps.
Prerequisites
Make sure to :
Have access to the New Control Panel.
Have an Eagle 3D’s User Account.
Instructions
Step 1. Sign In to your Control Panel
Login with your information.
Step 2. Invite Guest users to your Control Panel
Warning: The invited user should have an E3DS Account to be successfully added to your Control Panel.
Expand the Menu located at the top right of the Control Panel screen.

Click on ‘Team Settings’

Enter the Guest user’s Email address in the appropriate box

Click Invite then Click OK to proceed

Access granted and Account added to your Team List
The user’s Account is now added to your Team members List and has access to your Control Panel.

Invite another member to the Team List
To add another Guest user, re-do the steps above (i.e. enter their Email address linked to their E3DS Account in the appropriate box and click ‘Invite’).
Note: If you are invited to another user’s Control Panel, you will see their Email address in the below Drop Down Menu.

Guest User perspective
Once the steps above are completed, the Guest user will immediately receive an Invitation through Email and get access to your Control Panel {The Host/Team’s Control Panel}.
Email Invitation
- The Guest user should create a New E3DS Account to be able to join your E3DS Team and share the Team’s Control Panel by following this document for guidance.
-The invitation could be rejected by clicking ‘Decline Invitation’ in the mail.

Control Panel access
Your username {The Host/Team’s username} will be added to the Guest user’s Team Drop Down Menu.

Note: The Guest user can switch between their own Control Panel and the Host/Team's Control Panel using the Team dropdown menu.
By clicking on your username {the Host/Team's username}, they will be immediately redirected to your Control Panel {the Host/Team's Control Panel}. (See image below).
