Trial Plan: Usage

The Trial Plan allows new users to explore the platform and experience core streaming functionality before committing to a paid subscription. It is designed to provide a hands-on experience using limited resources, without requiring a payment method upfront.

The Trial Plan is usage-based, not time-based. This means the trial does not expire after a certain number of days—it ends only when the allocated minutes or storage are fully used.

Trial Allocation

When you start the Trial Plan, you receive:

  • 60 streaming minutes

  • 5 GB storage

  • Access to essential platform features for testing uploads and streaming

Both streaming minutes and storage usage are tracked in real time and are visible in the Control Panel.

Streaming Minutes Usage

Streaming minutes are deducted based on actual streaming activity.

  • Usage is tracked continuously.

  • The remaining balance is visible in the Control Panel.

Once all 60 trial minutes are used:

  • Streaming is automatically paused.

  • No further streaming is allowed unless the user upgrades to a paid plan.

Storage Usage

Trial users can upload applications using up to 5 GB of storage.

  • Storage usage is tracked in real time.

  • Once the storage limit is reached, no additional uploads are allowed.

Storage limits cannot be increased during the trial.

Buying Additional Minutes or Storage

The Trial Plan does not support:

  • Buying additional minutes

  • Buying additional storage

  • Revising usage limits

These options become available only after upgrading to a paid plan.

Revising Minutes or Storage

Revising minutes or storage is not available on the Trial Plan.

  • Trial limits are fixed.

  • No changes can be made before or during the trial.

Unused Trial Minutes & Storage

Unused trial resources do not roll over.

  • Any remaining minutes expire once the trial ends.

  • Trial storage does not carry over to paid plans.

Each paid plan starts with a fresh allocation.

Trial Expiration

The Trial Plan ends automatically when:

  • All 60 streaming minutes are used, or

  • The 5 GB storage limit is reached

There is no automatic upgrade or charge when the trial ends.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan

Users can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

Payment Method

  • A credit card is not required to start the trial.

  • A valid payment method is required only at the time of upgrade.

Once upgraded:

  • The paid plan activates immediately.

  • Trial limits are replaced by paid plan allocations.

  • Billing begins at the time of upgrade.

Billing During Trial

  • The Trial Plan is completely free.

  • No charges occur during the trial.

  • No automatic billing happens when the trial ends.

Users are billed only after explicitly selecting and activating a paid plan.

Billing Scenarios

Standard Trial Usage

For example,

  • A user starts the Trial Plan and receives 60 minutes and 5 GB storage.

  • They stream using part of the allocation and upload applications within the storage limit.

  • Once the remaining trial minutes are used, streaming pauses automatically.

Early Upgrade

For example,

  • A user upgrades to the Core Plan before using all trial resources.

  • The paid plan activates immediately, and trial minutes and storage are discarded.

  • Billing begins for the selected paid plan.

Trial Fully Used Without Upgrade

For example,

  • A user consumes all 60 minutes but does not upgrade.

  • Streaming stops, no charges occur, and access remains limited until a paid plan is selected.

Plan Cancellation

The Trial Plan does not require cancellation.

  • It ends automatically once usage limits are reached.

  • No payment details are stored during the trial.

Users may upgrade at any time if they wish to continue using the platform.
