The Trial Plan lets new users explore the platform and test core streaming functionality before committing to a paid subscription. It is usage-based, not time-based, the trial never expires on a calendar date. It ends only once all 60 streaming minutes have been used, and no payment method is required to get started.

Trial Allocation & Usage Tracking
When a user starts the Trial Plan, the following resources are provisioned immediately and tracked in real time from the Control Panel:
|
Resource |
Allocation |
Tracking & Limit Behavior |
|---|---|---|
|
Streaming minutes |
60 minutes |
Deducted continuously based on actual streaming activity. Once fully used, streaming pauses automatically and cannot resume without an upgrade. |
|
Storage |
5 GB |
Consumed as applications are uploaded. Once the limit is reached, no further uploads are permitted. |
|
Platform features |
Essential feature set |
Sufficient for testing uploads and streaming workflows. |
Fixed limits: Trial allocations cannot be increased, purchased, or revised while on the Trial Plan. Buying additional minutes or storage, and adjusting usage limits, are only available after upgrading to a paid plan.
Trial Expiration & Unused Resources
The Trial Plan itself ends automatically only when all 60 streaming minutes have been used. Reaching the 5 GB storage limit does not end the trial, it simply blocks further uploads while streaming remains available until the minutes run out.
|
Limit Reached Effect |
Effect |
|---|---|
|
60 streaming minutes used |
The trial ends. Streaming pauses automatically and cannot resume without upgrading to a paid plan. |
|
5 GB storage used |
The trial continues. No new applications or app versions can be uploaded, but existing streaming activity and remaining minutes are unaffected. |
There is no automatic upgrade or charge when the trial ends, access is simply paused until the user chooses to upgrade.
No rollover: Unused trial minutes and unused trial storage are forfeited once the trial ends. Storage does not carry over to a paid plan, each paid plan begins with a fresh allocation.
Billing & Payment
-
The Trial Plan is completely free; no charges occur while on it.
-
A credit card is not required to start the trial, and no payment details are stored during it.
-
A valid payment method is required only at the moment of upgrading to a paid plan.
-
Billing is never automatic, users are charged only after explicitly selecting and activating a paid plan.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
Users can upgrade at any time, during or after the trial. Upon upgrade:
-
The paid plan activates immediately.
-
Trial limits are replaced by the new plan's allocations.
-
Billing begins at the time of upgrade.
