Console CMDs to Pass to your Unreal App

Pass Console Commands to your Unreal App from the Old Control Panel.

Prerequisites

For this document, you need :

  1. Access to the Control Panel ;

  2. A user Account.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Old Control Panel.

  2. Go to ‘Edit Config'.

  1. Go to ‘Developer Option’.

  1. Type your Console Commands in the text box and click ‘Save’.

Type your Commands in the text box of ‘Console CMDs to Pass to Unreal App’ and click Save.
This will pass these Commands to the Unreal Application that will be played with this config.

It is really useful in passing Commands to Apps with a Shipping Build where we can’t put Commands manually.

  1. Go to : ‘Step 3 : Generate URLs’.

  2. Click 'Play App'.

Use the same Config where you saved the Console Commands. When your App starts it will execute it.
