Password Reset

Steps to reset your password on the Eagle 3D Streaming platform.

Prerequisites

  1. Eagle 3D’s User Account.

  2. Access to the registered email address associated with the account to receive the password reset link.

Initiating the Password Reset

  1. Access this page: https://account.eaglepixelstreaming.com/profile.

  2. Click on Password Reset.

  3. Click Send.

Resetting the Password via Email

  1. Open Email and check your inbox for a password reset email from Eagle 3D Streaming.

Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the reset email in your inbox.

  1. Click the Reset Link provided in the Email.

Entering the New Password

  1. Enter the New Password in the appropriate field.

Note: Make sure to follow the mentioned Password requirements.

  1. Re-enter the same password for confirmation.

  2. Click Change Password to save it.

  1. Login to the Control panel with the New Password.
