Email to send Log upon App Crash

Send Logs to your Email and download them upon a crash.

Prerequisites

For this document, you need :

Access to the Control Panel ;
At least one uploaded application.

Choose ‘'Development’' or ‘'Debug’' as your ‘'Build Configuration’' before Packaging your app from UE to generate Logs and allow our system to capture them.

Instructions

Step 1. Type the mail address where the Log will be sent

Type your Email address in the box to always receive your Logs there.

Go to : Control Panel > Step 2: Config Selection > Edit > Developer Option > Email to send Log upon app crash.

Step 2. Check your Email Inbox

Refresh the page or check Spam if you do not see a new Email on your Inbox.

Step 3. Click the link from the mail to download it

Once you click the Log link, it will automatically get downloaded on your device.

Now you are ready to receive your Logs by Email and download them !

Get your Logs from the Browser Console.
