Q1: What is Pixel Streaming?

UE Pixel streaming is a technology developed by Epic Games to allow users to stream 3D Applications like video games or architectural visualizations over the internet while maintaining high-quality graphics and audio.

Run your Packaged UE Application from your desktop or mobile using any modern web browser on one of Eagle 3D's robust remote GPUs and get to enjoy the experience !

Q2: Where to find our Documentation?

Q3: Where are our servers located? Any servers in Europe?

Our servers are located in Eagle 3D’s Datacenter in Texas in the US. We also support any Cloud (i.e. GCP, AWS, Azure etc .. ). We also have servers in Europe so anyone in EU will be connected from those servers automatically.

Q4: How to get started on E3DS Platform?

Follow these documents and get one free week of trial with 1 CCU. Contact support if you need assistance.

Q5: When will the Trial period end?

The Trial period lasts 7 days and is free. At the end of the Trial, you will need to activate a paid account. We have 3 pricing plans. Find all of our Prices here . Select your plan from here.

Q6: How to get a paid account?

You can activate your account from your Control Panel through our Automated Payment system. Refer to this document to upgrade to a paid plan.

Q7: Is it possible to switch between pricing plans?

Yes, it is possible. You can cancel your membership from your Control Panel and at the end of the month start a new subscription plan.

Q8: What is the maximum number of Simultaneous users that we can provide?

The maximum number of CCUs that we can provide for ‘'Self-Serve plans’' (i.e. streaming from our US datacenter) is 15 CCUs.

However, if you need more than that, please contact support to discuss other options.

Q9: Does Eagle 3D have an Enterprise offering?

Yes, Eagle has an Enterprise pricing plan. You can find it on the New Control Panel. Follow this document to request your Enterprise plan.

Q10: What are the costs associated to hosting an event?

To discuss Enterprise costs, setup and other details, you should follow this document and reach out to Support.

Q11: How do you upload your Projects on the Control Panel?

Follow these documents to upload your Application with ease from the new Control Panel.

Q12: How long will your Apps be stored on our Platform?

 Your Data will be stored on Eagle as long as you need them to, (i.e. until you decide to delete your apps or cancel your membership).

Q13: What is the Build size limit for your App?

You can get up to 500 GB of Storage from the New Control Panel. Refer to this document for details.

Q14: what is a custom domain?

This is exclusive for our customers who are on the Enterprise plan. They have the option of choosing a custom domain name for their URL.

Q15: Is it possible to Pixel stream Multiplayer experiences on Eagle 3D’s Platform?

Yes, it is possible ! Follow this document and download the free UE project here.

Q16: Does the Platform support multiple instances from a single URL?

Yes, you can run multiple instances from one URL (i.e. you can open as many Tabs as the number of CCUs you have on the plan you have activated).

Q17: What versions of UE are supported?

Eagle 3D supports UE 4.27, UE5.0 , UE5.1, UE5.2, UE5.3 and UE 5.4.

Q18: What devices support Pixel Streaming UE Applications?

Any desktop or mobile device with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Brave, Opera etc ..) is able to support UE Pixel Streaming.

Q19: what are the Hardware/Software requirements for Streaming?

Our Hardware and Software requirements are here.

Q20: Are there any special requirements like using Linux or can you use windows?

You can simply use windows to deploy your projects with Eagle 3D.

Q21: What kind of file format is accepted to Pixel Stream your project?

The Supported archive format is ZIP.

Q22: What Graphic card are we using ?

We are currently using RTX 3070/4080 GPUs at Eagle’s datacenter and on the Cloud it’s usually the T4 or A10 unless there is a specific customer request. we are Cloud agnostic and can use any GPU in any Cloud by any provider for your project.

Q23: What resolutions can your Application be streamed on?

The recommended resolution is 1280 x 720. However, we do stream full HD 1080p and more. See this document to set a resolution from the new Control Panel.
