How usage is counted
Minutes are streaming time — the time a session is
running, whether or not anyone is looking at it. Two viewers streaming for
ten minutes at the same time use twenty minutes. Minutes and storage are both
shown live in the Control Panel.
This is why the idle timeout matters
A session left open in a forgotten tab uses minutes at exactly the same
rate as one being watched. Setting
logout after inactivity is the single
most effective way to make your minutes last, and it costs a real viewer
nothing.
Trial
Every new account starts on the Trial. It is for trying your own app on the
service before paying anything.
What you get
60 streaming minutes, for the life of the trial.
1 stream at a time.
10 GB of storage for your uploaded apps.
An Eagle 3D Streaming watermark on the stream.
No payment card.
Starting it
The trial starts when you register. There is nothing to choose and nothing to
pay.
When the 60 minutes run out
You receive an email as you reach 75% and 90% of your minutes, and another
when they are used up.
When they are used up, streaming stops: a stream that is running is ended,
and no new stream can start.
Your account, your apps and your uploaded builds stay as they are.
Nothing is deleted.
Nothing is charged — there is no card on a trial account.
Moving from the Trial to Core
Choose Core from Plans in the Control Panel. Core starts the
moment the payment goes through, and replaces the trial: you have 10 streams,
300 minutes and no watermark straight away. Trial minutes you had not used are
not added to the Core minutes.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. The trial has no card and no renewal, so it can
never turn into a charge on its own.
Core
Core is the self-serve paid plan: $29 a month, or
$290 a year (two months free).
What you get
300 streaming minutes every month. Unused minutes expire
at the end of the billing month and do not carry over.
10 streams at a time.
10 GB of storage included.
No watermark.
The yearly plan gives the same 300 minutes every month; only the payment
is yearly.
Buying it
Choose Core, monthly or yearly, from Plans
in the Control Panel and pay by card.
The first payment is taken at checkout, and the plan
starts at once.
It then renews automatically on the same day each month
(or each year), using the card on file, until you cancel it.
You receive a welcome email when the plan starts.
When the month's minutes run out
You receive an email at 75% and 90% of the month's minutes, and another
when they are used up.
When they are used up, streaming stops until the next
billing month starts or you add more minutes. A stream that is running is
ended.
You are never charged automatically for going over. The
$0.10 a minute only applies to minutes you choose to buy.
Adding more minutes
Open your subscription in the Control Panel and use Adjust
Minutes. Minutes are added in steps of 100 a month (1,000 on the
yearly plan), at $0.10 a minute.
The added minutes are billed straight away and are
usable at once.
From then on they are part of your monthly bill: the same
extra minutes are added, and charged, every month until you lower them or
cancel.
Lowering the extra minutes takes effect at the start of the
next billing month.
Adding more storage
Use Adjust Storage on your subscription. Storage is added
in steps of 10 GB, at $1 per GB a month.
The added storage is billed straight away, then charged
every month with your plan.
Lowering storage takes effect immediately.
If a payment fails
When a renewal payment is declined, the plan is paused and
streaming stops at once.
Update your card under Payment information, then press
Reactivate on the subscription. Streaming comes back when the
plan is active again.
Your apps and uploaded builds are not touched while the plan is paused.
Cancelling
Press Cancel Plan on your subscription in the Control
Panel. You are asked for a reason, then to confirm.
The plan stays active until the end of the period you have
already paid for. You keep streaming, with the minutes you have
left, until then. There is no refund for the rest of that period, and no
further charge.
Cancelling the plan also cancels any extra minutes and extra
storage you added; they end at the same time.
When the period ends, streaming stops and the remaining
minutes are removed. Your account and uploaded apps are not deleted.
A cancelled plan cannot be switched back on. To stream again, buy Core
again from Plans; it starts fresh, with a new first
payment.
Enterprise
Enterprise is agreed with our team rather than bought in the Control Panel. It
is for audiences larger than 10 viewers at once, for regions outside the USA
and Europe, or for anything the Core plan does not cover.
Up to 1,000 streams at a time, and up to 1 TB of
storage.
Minutes at $0.10 each.
Global deployment. If your audience is outside the USA
and Europe, the difference is latency for every viewer, not just a bigger
allocation. Regions covers what
that means in practice.
Price, billing, renewal and cancellation terms are set in the
agreement.
To discuss one, contact support (Email / Discord).
Storage
Storage is used by your uploaded builds — including old versions, if
version control is on. Deleting
versions you will not roll back to is usually cheaper than buying more space,
and it is done from the app.
Payment details and receipts
Payment information in the Control Panel opens a secure
billing page where you change your card and download invoices.
Transactions lists everything you have been charged
— the place to look before asking about a bill.

covered here: contact support (Email / Discord).
