On some company networks a stream page opens but the stream does not start, or the picture never appears. This page explains why and, at the bottom, what your network administrator can allow.
A stream needs two connections. First the stream page opens a WebSocket to our stream server to set the stream
up. Then video, sound and your mouse and keyboard travel over WebRTC: directly over UDP when the network allows
it, otherwise automatically through a relay (global.turn.twilio.com) on port 443. If the WebSocket is
blocked, or both UDP and the relay are blocked, the stream cannot start.
Allow, for your users:
*.eagle3dstreaming.com on 443, including WebSocket (WSS).global.turn.twilio.com on 443 TCP (and 3478 UDP/TCP if possible).Everything Eagle 3D Streaming uses, and the other problems a blocked network can cause: Network requirements for network administrators. Questions: support@eagle3dstreaming.com.
