Your Eagle 3D Streaming profile, your password, your email address, and the people you share an
account with.
Profile
Under Manage Account: your display details and a profile
logo. Cosmetic, and worth setting if colleagues share the account — it
is how they tell whose it is.
Password and email
Changing your password is done from your profile.
Changing your email address changes where account mail
goes — including the crash reports you may have configured in
developer options. Worth checking
those still point somewhere someone reads.
Deleting your account
In the Control Panel, open My Account and press Delete Account.
A box asks "Are you sure?" and warns that you will lose access to your account and all your data
will be deleted, and that this cannot be undone.
Type DELETE in the box and press Confirm. Your browser then sends the
deletion request to our account server, and you are signed out.
When the request arrives, the account is removed at once:
your sign-in to Eagle 3D Streaming (your username is released);
your plan and subscriptions are cancelled;
your account settings, API keys and team access;
all your app configurations, and with them every stream link you have shared;
your uploaded applications and their versions.
This takes everything with it
Anyone holding one of your links loses access at that moment. There is no
undo, and re-registering does not bring any of it back. If you only want to
remove one application, delete that application instead — not your account.
Teams
Several people can work in one account. Invitations go out by email; the
recipient accepts or declines, and once they accept they reach the same
Control Panel you do.
Invite a member from Team › My Team. Teams you have been invited into are under Joined Teams.
Remove a member when they no longer need access.
An invited person may decline, and nothing changes if they do.
Billing
Plans, minutes, storage and transactions all live under Subscriptions —
see plans and billing.
