Upload storage not reachable from your network

Before your build is uploaded, the upload window sends a tiny 1 KB test to our upload storage. If that test cannot get through, the window stops and says "Our upload storage isn't reachable from your network". Your files are safe and nothing was sent. This page explains what that means and the ways to get your build uploaded.

What the message means

The Control Panel itself works on your network, but your build does not go through the Control Panel: your browser sends it straight to our upload storage, at an address that ends in r2.cloudflarestorage.com. When that address cannot be reached from where you are, every piece of the upload fails and the upload never moves above 0% - often shown as "Network error uploading part 4" (the number is simply the piece that reported first; several pieces are sent at the same time).

It is almost always the network you are on, not your account or your build:

What you can do

OptionHowGood when
Upload from another connectionTry from home internet or your phone's hotspot. Turn off any VPN first. You need the build up today and can use another network.
Upload from a linkPut the zip on Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or WeTransfer and paste the link in the upload window - see below. You cannot change networks. Nothing is sent from your computer.
Ask your IT team to allow our upload addressesSee How to fix it and Network requirements. We are happy to talk with them directly: support@eagle3dstreaming.com.You will upload from the office regularly.

When the storage test fails, the upload window shows a box "Upload from a link instead" right under the message. It is offered only in this situation.

  1. Upload your zip file (the zip of your packaged build, not a folder) to Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or WeTransfer.
  2. Share it so that anyone with the link can open it, and copy the link to the file (in Dropbox and Google Drive: right-click the .zip → Share / Copy link).
  3. Paste the link in the box and press Proceed. The link is checked straight away.
  4. Our system fetches the zip on our side, uploads it into your account under the build name you typed, and test-launches it like any upload. Keep the window open to follow each step; the build appears in your build list when it is ready.

Checked on 28 October 2026. These services change how their share links look from time to time; if one of them changes after this date, a link of that kind may stop working until we follow the change. If a link is refused although it matches this table, please tell support.

Every link must be a link to one .zip file, shared so that anyone with the link can download it without signing in and without a password.

ServiceA link that works looks likeHow to get itTested
Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/<id>/MyBuild.zip?rlkey=<key>&dl=0 Right-click the .zip → Copy link (or Share → Copy link). dl=0 is fine; we switch it to a download. Yes

OneDrive (personal) https://1drv.ms/u/c/<id>/<share-id>?e=<code>

Any web server or cloud bucket https://files.example.com/builds/MyBuild.zip
or a signed link (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Azure)
The link must download the .zip directly when opened in a browser. A signed link must stay valid for a few hours. Yes (signed R2 link)
OneDrive for work / SharePoint https://<company>-my.sharepoint.com/… Works only if your company allows "Anyone with the link" sharing; most company accounts allow only people in the company. Not tested
